According to a European Commission triennial report examining the situation at the level of smaller territorial units in the Member States, cohesion funding has contributed to a 3.5 percent drop in the difference in GDP per capita between the most developed 10 percent and the least developed 10 percent in recent years (Gebauer Szabolcs, MTI)
