The European Commission has proposed to protect pollinator insects
The European Commission has put forward a proposal to halt and reduce the decline in the occurrence and diversity of wild pollinator insects.
According to the EU Commission’s report on Friday, the measure is of particular importance because 1 of 10 species of pollinators are in the edge of extinction, and the third of the bee and butterfly species are affected by decline in populations. (MTI)
