Euro area GDP grew by 0.2 percent in the third quarter
The European Union’s Bureau of Statistics (Eurostat) confirmed on Thursday that the euro area’s gross domestic product (GDP) grew in the third quarter compared with the previous three months.
The data are still incomplete, with eight countries still missing.
Eurostat announced on Thursday that the euro area economy grew 0.2 percent in the three-month period ending September, compared with the previous quarter. GDP growth in the EU was 0.3 percent. (MTI)
