The European Union’s General Affairs Council has adopted a ban on certain non-reusable plastics in response to plastic pollution – the EU Council announced on Tuesday.
According to the information, the single-use plastics directive lays down strict rules for the types of products and packaging that are found among the ten most common waste polluting the European shores.
