Flavors and cleanliness is the most important for the restaurant visitors
Nine out of ten restaurant visitors say that the taste of food is the most important aspect for them, followed by cleanliness – according to an international survey.
Tork hygiene product manufacturer’s survey was carried out with the involvement of 3,000 restaurant visitors. 67 percent of them considered it extremely important to have the opportunity to judge the cleanliness of the restaurant’s kitchen. 61 percent of the respondents think it is important to see how the food is prepared in the open kitchen.
