NÉBIH found labeling errors in most of the seasonings
According to Nébih’s summary on Tuesday, 25 domestic and 10 foreign-produced condiments were tested during the Supermenta product test.
Celery has been detected in five flavorings in the authority’s laboratory, although there was no reference to the allergen on the packaging as an ingredient or as a possible cross-contaminant. The Food Chain Safety Authority withdrew all the batches concerned with immediate effect, banned them from being placed on the market and recalled them from consumers. (MTI)
