The Erste mutual fund bought a trading center
The Napfény Park trade center in Szeged changed hands. It was sold by Móraváros Ltd. below 8 percent yield to Erste open-ended fund.
The Napfény Park (Sunshine Park) opened its gates in 2008, on 33 thousand square meters of gross area, with 1250 parking lots as the 7 billion HUF investment of Carion Group and Trade Invest – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
