Strawberries and mangalica are the main ingredients at this year’s Gourmet Festival
Strawberries and mangalica will be the two main ingredients at this year’s Gourmet Festival, which crosses the borders and in addition to the finest Hungarian restaurants, will familiarize the visitors to the courses of the restaurants of the region from 18 to 21 May in the Millenáris Park.
Gerendai Károly, the main organizer of the festival said at the press conference in Budapest on Monday, that the pre-registered guests of the festival are guest stars from abroad, such as the Slovenian Ana Ros, who was elected as the best female chef in the world, Wojciech Amaro, who won Poland’s first Michelin star and the guests can taste the exclusive dinner menu of Széll Tamás.
