The number of guest nights increased by 2.5 percent in Romania in the first half of the year
The number of guest nights grew by 2.5 percent to 10 million to 360 thousand in the first half of this year, according to the same period of last year – the Romanian National Institute announced on Friday.
More than three quarters of the guest nights were spent by Romanian tourists and 23.2 percent by foreign guests.
In the first half of the year, a total of 5 million 264 thousand tourists arrived into the commercial accommodations, which a 4.1 percent increase, compared to last year’s first six months. (MTI)
