There are only 5 European restaurants in the first 10 places on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021 list – 2 are from South America, 1 is Central American and 2 represent Asia. The world’s No.1 restaurant is René Redzepi’s new Noma in Copenhagen. The best Italian restaurant is ranked 15th and France’s best is at the 23rd spot. //
