The V4 agricultural ministers discussed about frauds in the food chain and about the dairy industry

The frauds in the food chain, the dairy industry situation and the main problems of soil management were the central themes of the V4 + 4 agricultural ministerial meeting – that took place on Thursday in Ceske Budejovice.

At the meeting, the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture was represented by Nagy István Minister of State, who also attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition as well.

The Agricultural Ministers of the four Visegrád countries – the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia – and the four invited countries – Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia – agreed to maintain close cooperation and regular exchange of information between the food inspection services of the countries.
