Nébih helps the management of eGN by uploading the data of the Single Request
Nébih uploaded the territorial data provided in the Single Application into the eGN system, making it easier to fill out the electronic diary. After the mass transfer of the EC data, legal titles other than the spraying log will also be opened for farmers. As a result, all obstacles to the up-to-date keeping of the Business Diary in electronic or paper form have been removed. At the same time, the diary for 2024 will be opened in order to be able to record the operations carried out for the crops sown in autumn.

In order to facilitate the work of the farmers obliged to manage the eGN, Nébih uploaded the territorial data recorded in the Unified Application (EK) on the electronic interface of the Hungarian State Treasury (MÁK) into the system. Therefore, farmers do not have to individually upload data previously provided at the MÁK to the eGN system, they can start recording operations immediately by selecting the mass transfer function and supplementing the data with information not included in the EC.
During the mass transfer, the system provides the opportunity to expand the data previously recorded by farmers in the eGN with information included in the EC
In any case, the user can decide whether to associate the data entered in the EC with the production sites and utilization already entered, that is, he can decide whether he wants to specify the data entered in the eGN according to the EC. However, it is mandatory to perform the synchronization if the farmer completes his place of production data with the serial number of the EK board. In this way, it can be ensured that the data in the eGN and recorded in the EK are exactly the same. In the case of production sites that the producer previously recorded only in the EK, it is now possible to select them and create them en masse on the eGN interface as well. After that, the place of production and utilization can be finalized by supplementing it with data not included in the EC, after which an operation can be recorded for the agricultural fields.
It is important to point out that in the event that a data change has occurred or is occurring after the EC submission period, the area change does not need to be entered in the diary, because the actual area of the board does not change due to the change in the eligible area.
After uploading the EC data, titles other than the spraying log are also opened
With all of this, all obstacles have been removed in terms of allowing producers – in accordance with the legislation – to start keeping up-to-date the Business Diary in electronic or paper form. More information about the requirements for up-to-dateness can be found in the guide. The diary for 2024 (farming year 2023/2024) will also be opened in order to be able to record operations carried out for autumn-sown plants (included in the 2024 EC). After the EK loading/synchronization of the 2023 diary is completed, it will be advisable to carry out the group inheritance of the production sites for those production sites where no area changes will take place. This makes it easier to enter the next year’s production sites. In the future, the territorial data will be inheritable from year to year.
