Software companies must indicate their intention to join the eGN
Nébih informs those farmers who want to keep the electronic management diary with market software that they should be informed about whether the application they are looking for can connect to the eGN before choosing the software. It is important that the core implementation of the software connection itself can only be initiated by the operating companies at the office.
In all cases, the company operating the software must notify Nébih of its intention to transfer the data uploaded to its system to the Nébih electronic management log (eGN) database. Approximately twenty distributors have applied for this, and seven pieces of software have now reached live operation. Nébih’s primary goal is to continuously expand the range of applications directly connected to eGN, thereby supporting farmers in the smooth management of their administrative tasks. However, in order to avoid unpleasant situations, it is important to make a careful choice! The office asks farmers to check with the relevant company before choosing market software whether their software is compatible with the Nébih eGN database.
