Auchan also champions Hungarian products
For Auchan selling and promoting Hungarian products is a priority. The retailer is very proud of its “From the farm to the table” programme, which works with more than 60 Hungarian farmers who utilise conscious production methods, e.g. biological crop protection. In 2021 Auchan’s database contained more than 4,000 SKUs which qualified as Hungarian, domestically made or domestically processed groceries. From Auchan’s private label products, 104 are certified to be of Hungarian origin at the moment. Auchan is proud of its suppliers, as the retailer’s cooperation with them has been rewarded with a bronze medal in the Retail Award of Excellence for Hungarian Products competition. //
