Auchan, Lidl, Szentkirályi and Unilever are also among the most lovable workplaces!
This year, the Lovely Workplaces competition was organized for the 6th time in Hungary, where once again the companies where the best place to work based on public votes or the opinion of the professional jury were awarded. Similar to last year, in the Romanian section of the competition, in addition to companies from Transylvania, companies from the entire territory of Romania could enter.
In 2022, more than 1,700 Hungarian workplaces will expand, regardless of company size. Compared to last year’s 68,000 votes, the employees were even more active this year: now more than 72,000 votes were distributed among the participating companies during the public voting.
10 special awards were presented
Based on the public vote, 200 companies in Hungary deserved the award, and another 8 Hungarian companies won the HR and Employer Branding professional recognition based on the judgment of the professional jury, while another 2 companies received a special award based on the opinions of the company subscribers, i.e. the employees who indicated the page that they would like to work for them. The latter, “I would work here” award was won by Unilever (large company category) and Supercharge (SME category), the HR special awards went to GLS Hungary, Mito Digital, Karrier Hungária and Polygence, while the Employer Branding special awards went to Diligent Hungary, It was acquired by Piramis Építőház, Presonate and Valoro Consulting Kft.
