Higher than average number of consumer complaints for e-commerce
Last year, higher than average number of consumer complaints arrived to e-commerce, therefore the consumer protection authority will monitor more closely these areas in 2012 – said Pintér István, Director General of the National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH), on Thursday at a press conference in Békéscsaba.
The Director General emphasized that the consumer protection strategy protects the vulnerable people more. The young people from the alcohol and tobacco products, the pensioners from the product marketing combined with travelling – reports MTI.
