The former managing director of Arukereső continues at MiniCRM
MiniCRM Zrt. has come a long way since its foundation in 2009. Over the past 13 years, the couple’s business has grown into a market leader in Hungary, with nearly a hundred employees. The MiniCRM customer relationship management software is currently used by more than 2,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in Hungary and Romania.
As the next step in development, Csaba Rácz will assume the position of CEO from September 2022, taking over from Norbert Leskó. Csaba Rácz was previously the managing director of Arukereső for 8 years and managed the company’s activities on the Romanian and Bulgarian markets as well. Under his management, Arukereső became Hungary’s dominant e-commerce platform.
“My main task will be to increase the efficiency of the company and develop the organizational structure. In the past, I managed an operation that was present in several countries and developed dynamically, so I want to make use of this experience so that we can achieve as much growth as possible at MiniCRM in Hungary and Romania as well. In the past, I built not only a successful company, but also a cohesive team, and I want to do my work in this spirit at MiniCRM, where Norbi and Krisztián (Krisztián Egerszegi, company manager – editor) have achieved fantastic things in recent years.”
