Apple leads the list of the world’s most valuable technology brands
Apple has become the world’s most valuable technology brand in 2024, overtaking last year’s leader Amazon.com Inc., which slipped to fourth place due to the strengthening of its competitors, according to the compilation of the British market research and business consulting company Brand Finance.
Compared to last year, the value of the Apple brand increased by 74 percent, to 516.6 billion dollars, while that of Amazon rose by only 3.2 percent, to 308.9 billion dollars. Microsoft Corp.’s brand value increased by 78 percent to $340.4, taking it to second place on the list, while Google’s increased by 18.5 percent to $333.4 billion, maintaining third place.
In the technology segment, the largest increase in value was achieved by Nvidia Corp., whose brand rose 163 percent to $44.5 billion due to strong demand for microchips used in artificial intelligence technologies. The company is in last place on the list of ten, having moved up 19 places in one year.
The fifth place in the ranking is TikTok ($84.2 billion), sixth is Samsung ($82.2 billion), seventh is Facebook ($75.7 billion), eighth is Instagram ($70.4 billion). , and the ninth place was taken by Oracle ($53.1 billion).
