Appenin has signed a contract to buy the Club Aliga
The Appeninn BLT Kft., the subsidiary of the Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding Nyrt., signed a sales contract on Wednesday on the buying of the 74.99 percent stake of the PRO-MOT Hungária Real Estate Development Ltd. – the Appeninn Holding told MTI on Thursday.

According to the information, the PRO-MOT also owns the property rights of 10 hectares owned by the Hungarian state besides the 37 hectare area of Club Aliga and the 167-seat port of the holiday complex. (MTI)
