ALDI became the best-known employer in Hungary
ALDI received an extremely prestigious recognition: it won the Most Known Employer Award in Hungary in the Randstad Employer Brand research. Among the expectations of Hungarian employees, an attractive salary and benefits package, a pleasant working atmosphere, and financial stability are still the primary ones – these aspects are also in focus in ALDI’s HR strategy and transparent communication.
Randstad, the world’s leading HR service provider, conducted research among Hungarian employees for the 11th time. The Randstad Employer Brand Research was conducted in Hungary with the participation of 7,568 people at the beginning of 2024, and it examined employees’ preferences and expectations of employers based on several aspects. For the respondents, the outstanding salary, the pleasant working atmosphere, the stable background of the employer and the feasibility of work-life balance are the four most important aspects when choosing a workplace. Based on the results of the research, the best-known employer in Hungary was ALDI, which employs around 6,000 people.
