ALDI will spend 2.5 billion HUF on wage development in 2020
ALDI will spend 2.5 billion HUF on wage development in 2020, and from 1 January of next year will raise wages in all positions above inflation – the company told MTI.
The ALDI Magyarország Élelmiszer Bt. uses a uniform salary system, regardless of band and geographical location, with the exception of high-traffic specialty stores.
Since entering the Hungarian market, the company has focused on paying outstanding salaries within the retail sector, salaries that are competitive or even higher than in other industries. The company will raise its wages from January 1, 2020, they wrote. (MTI)
