Agrokor sells several companies
Croatia’s largest privately owned company has serious financial problems. The Agrokor sells several companies, carries out reorganises in the retail sector and plans to invest in the food industry – Anton Ramljak government commissioner told at a press conference on Monday.
Ramljak presented the plans for the sustainability of Agrokor after the crisis management conference, which was adopted at the meeting.
According to him, about 80 companies are engaged in activities in the Agrokor group that are not part of the core business of the Group, such as hospitality, travel and health. These companies will be sold as well as 201 real estates. (Kriják Krisztina, MTI)
