The Ministry of Agriculture also helped the wineries with extraordinary support
The wineries that were severely affected by the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on hospitality and tourism received 1.5 billion HUF in support at the end of 2021, the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) said on Wednesday.

Last year brought support to winemakers in trouble
Out of the total amount provided by the ministry, the Hungarian State Treasury paid subsidies to a total of 846 wine producers, the average rate of which was 250,000 forints per hectare. (MTI)
