The Chamber of Agriculture is waiting for proposals for EU food hygiene regulations
The food hygiene regulations of the European Union will change in the near future, the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) is waiting for the opinions and suggestions of the food industry companies in this regard and will forward them to the EU decision-makers in summary.
The amendments aim to strengthen food security and reduce food waste, while supporting food donations for charity. Another goal is to combat the growing incidence of food allergies and eliminate cross-contamination in the food supply chain, the NAK said in a statement on Wednesday. (MTI)
