There's a big problem in agriculture: the economic crisis now really reached the industry, which is compounded by the almost a complete shutdown of credit and a full product depression – stated the Presidency of the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture.

The market of cereals, fruit, milk is stagnating for months now. Grapes, apples, rapeseed, and sunflower followed them. The prices are low and the revenue does not cover the expenses. The farmers suffer losses of hundreds of billions forints in revenues, compared to last year. This can not be substituted by even credits, because banks do not lend, although in the course of the Hungarian Development Bank, 50 billion HUF is available for this purpose.
