The development of the beer sector is determined by sustainability and technological innovations
Technological novelties, innovation and sustainability in manufacturing and raw materials are key to the development and competitiveness of the Hungarian beer industry – Kántor Sándor, head of the Hungarian Beer Manufacturers’ Association (MSSZ) told MTI on Monday, at the forum of the European Professional Forum of teh world’s brewing industry professionals in Antwerp.
At the Brewers of Europe forum Jean-Francois van Boxmeer, Heineken’s global executive director, also highlighted that achieving carbohydrate sustainability, reducing drinking water use and recycling packaging materials are huge challenges for the company and the industry as a whole. (MTI)
