Several changes were made in the cafeteria, since the beginning of 2012. The employers’ has burden increased to 31 percent, from the former 19 percent, while the one-year limit also enered into force in a value of 500 thousand forints.
According to the expert of PwC, however, this does not constitute a restriction at the majority of the companies since the average annual cafeteria benefits are much lower than the ceiling.
