Cafeteria can remain despite the tax
On the basis of a feedback from the OTP health insurance, the majority of the firms in 2010 would use the fringe benefits systems. From January of 2010, 25 percent tax rate will be on the health insurance benefits.
It is likely, however, that the benefits’ prioritization will change, such as the role of health insurance benefits or internet benefits may increase, while cold food vouchers may decrease.
Of course, it is expected, that there will be some employers, who draw back Cafeteria or several parts of Cafeteria from their employees – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
