An Austrian Hotel was taken over by the Konzum PE Private Equity Fund
The Konzum PE Private Equity Fund purchased a hotel in Austria, the company paid 13 million 400,000 euros to the Opimus Group Plc. for 100 percent of the shares, according to a announcement published on Wednesday on the Budapest Stock Exchange’s website.
Over 7,000 square meters of land, the 91-room 4-star Relax Resort Kreischberg, wellness hotel and its over 8,000 square meters of real estate property, was purchased by the Konzum PE Private Equity Fund. (MTI)
