In August, the Purchasing Manager Index continued to rise
The seasonally adjusted August Value of the Purchasing Manager (PMI) index was 56.2 points higher than the 53.3 points of July.
It is the third highest August value since 1995, almost half of the surveyed sub-indices compared to July. The rise seen in the previous month indicates that respondents reported more favorable processes – the Hungarian Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Company (MLBKT) told MTI on Monday. (MTI)
