Ferihegy Airport’s passenger traffic has crossed 16 million

Passenger traffic at Ferihegy Airport exceeded 16 million last year – Budapest Airport (BA) informed MTI.

The traffic of the Hungarian capital’s airport reached a record 14.9 million passengers by the end of November, and the 2019 expansion is again above the European average.

The Liszt Ferenc International Airport attributes the success of BA to the international tourist attraction of Budapest, the dynamic expansion of the route network and the appearance of new airlines. (MTI)
