According to the data of the K&H youth index for the first quarter of this year, 55 percent of young people have savings, which is a significant increase compared to 41 percent two years ago. Thirty percent of those surveyed have the most conscious savings when they set aside a pre-determined amount at the beginning of the month, and only 17 percent said they can’t set aside anything from their monthly income at all at the moment.
