Good quality wine is expected
About 2.8 million hectoliters wine yield is expected in Hungary this year, which is similar to last year – the Minister of Agriculture told MTI in Szekszárd, on Friday.
Kiss Eliza, who attended the oenological conference of the National Chamber of Agriculture and the Local Government of Szekszárd, explained that spring frost, hail and drought influenced the quantity of vine production but did not affected the quality. This year’s newborn red wine does not exceed 3 million hectoliters – she added. (MTI)
