The new, modern meat plant of Arosa Kft. was opened its gates
AROSA Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. won a 499,930,941 HUF non-refundable grant in the framework of the Rural Development Program. Within the framework of the investment with a total budget of HUF 999,861,892, a cutting, cutting and prepared meat production plant was established in Felsőnyárád.
In 2019, AROSA Kft. began expanding the group’s agricultural portfolio with the establishment of a 779 m2 beef slaughtering, chopping and prepared meat production plant in Felsőnyárád.
The construction of the meat plant was successfully completed, at a ceremonial handover event on 10/05/2022, István Hercsik, the owner of AROSA Kft., presented the main milestones of the project. At the event, Dr. Mayor Zoltán Alakszai and parliamentarian Gábor Riz spoke about the effects of the investments in the region on the economy.
Part of the project was the installation of a complete solar panel system with a power of 50 kW, with the help of which at least 30% of the energy needs of the food processing process in the plant can be provided with technology that utilizes renewable energy sources.
In the slaughtering section of the plant, 10 cattle will be slaughtered and processed daily at a good technical and technological level and in a manner that meets high hygiene requirements. As part of the project, the plant created 11 new jobs. The project is implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi Plan program.
