The investment of Szerencsi Bonbon Kft. was handed over

With the continuous strengthening of Hungarian-owned enterprises, the vulnerability of Hungary decreases, which provides sufficient stability for the national economy, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó stressed on Wednesday in Szerencs. At the handover of the investment of Szerencsi Bonbon Kft., the Minister highlighted that the state supported the development of the family company for HUF 600 million with HUF 282 million, in exchange for which the company committed to retain its 130-strong workforce. Within the framework of the project, a new 2,300 square meter factory hall was built, and the company’s sites in Szerencs were merged and developed.
