The new wellness center of the Rudas bath was handed over

The new wellness center of the Rudas bath was handed over in Budapest Rudas onThursday. Tarlós István Mayor in his speech recalled the history of the baths, referring that in the neighborhood of the Gellert Hill, the urban development is built on water development for centuries.

He highlighted that the Rudas-bath has retained its octagonal shape and its eight columns. During the current one billion HUF development a jacuzzi and a panoramic sun terrace, were made in the roof garden, while on the middle fllor a restaurant was opened. On the ground floor four pools were built withdifferent water temperatures. The facility opened on Friday morning. (MTI)
