Advance purchase price: yes, but no deposit for Aranybika

The sale of the Aranybika hotel of Debrecen has stopped, because the Russian investor is willing to pass only the advance purchase price, but no deposit.

The Civis Hotels Ltd., which is the manager of the hotel would like to sell Aranybika and Best Western  Hotel to a Russian investor. The buyer should had to pay 800 million HUF deposit until Monday, but the Russian investor do not want to pay the amount as a deposit, just as an advanced purchase price – said Baka Levente lawyer, representing the buyer views – reports MTI.
