Constellation Brands streamlines portfolio
US-based Constellation Brands is selling some of the brands in its portfolio. They have already got rid of the Paul Masson Grande Amber Brandy brand – the buyer was Sazerac, who paid approximately USD 265 million for it. Constellation Brands also sold a part of its wine and spirits portfolio (including certain related facilities) and its Nobilo wine brand, to E. & J. Gallo Winery.
