BUSZESZ to produce vinegar
Pannonhalma Abbey and BUSZESZ Zrt. have jointly developed a product based on XVIII. century recipes found in the library of the abey and using wines from its wine cellar. The instructions for making and storing wine vinegar were written in 1763. The vinegar will be marketed under the brand name “Bences Borecetek”. The two kinds of vinegar will be made using special spices and the bottles will be decorated with replicas of the original booklet containing the instructions.
