The INTEGRÁL Zrt. is working on the production of antibiotic-free, premium goose liver

The INTEGRÁL Food Industry and Trade Ltd. started the development of antibiotic-free, premium goose liver production and the necessary breeding technology. The total budget of the project is more than 1.4 billion forints, the company told MTI on Tuesday.

The consortium led by INTEGRÁL Zrt., of which the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences and the National Center for Biodiversity and Gene Conservation, won a non-refundable grant of 831 million HUF in the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program Plus (Ginop) Plus, (MTI)
