US campuses: more plant-based food
Aramark, the largest food company in the United States, has announced a commitment to significantly increase the number of plant-based options on its higher education menus by 2025. In partnership with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), the hospitality industry giant will offer more animal-free meals in more than 250 educational institutions –these will constitute 44% of all offerings. //
