Amazon distribution centers can be a number of commercial real estates
Yahoo Finance reported an interesting, though by no means surprising, decision in the US retail market – portfolio.hu wrote. One of the major plaza owners and operators in the US, Simon Property Group, has begun negotiations with Amazon to convert some of its properties into Amazon distribution centers. Thus, market participants have already started to respond to the changed demand.
Amazon and Simon Property It would transform the retail space used by J.C. Penney and Sears Holdings into Amazon distribution centers. Some assume that negotiations have been going on for months, although it is possible that the two sides will eventually not be able to reach an agreement. (portfolio.hu)
