In the statement, the Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture explained that when the EU Renewable Energy Directive was adopted, this aspect was also reflected in domestic legislation and in the future the condition of soils should be increasingly taken into account in energy recovery of agricultural waste and residues.
