The coronavirus pandemic showed the importance of the Hungarian agriculture and food industry -Farkas Sándor, Parliamentary State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) said the Bread of the Hungarians wheat grain program event in Szeged-Szőreg, according to the ministry.

In his speech, the Secretary of State recalled that this year has put agriculture to the test, but thanks to the players in the sector, they can ensure the supply of food of the right quality and quantity for the country. Thanks to the persistent work of farmers during the coronavirus pandemic, the Hungarian agriculture is gaining more and more social esteem, he added. (MTI)
