The Hungarian National Trading House Pltd. starts to buy up apples
In order to help the apple farmers the Hungarian National Trading House Pltd. starts to buy up apples – Kurucz Éva government spokeswoman informed MTI on Saturday.
The state-owned company buys the edible apples for 35 HUF per kilogrammes from the farmers, and pay 20 HUF for a klogramme of industrial apples.
The government continuously monitors the situation developed on the Hungarian apple market, because of the because of this year's record crop and due to the Russian embargo and helps the farmers apples in every possible way – the government spokeswoman emphasized in the communication. (MTI)
