Animal-free milk protein gets green light in Israel
Following a thorough inspection by the Israeli Ministry of Health, Remilk has received a first-of-its-kind approval from the ministry, making the firm the first animal-free dairy protein producer that is permitted to sell and market its product across Israel. Remilk’s alternative milk is produced by precision fermentation, and its nationwide launch will “open the door for the introduction of high-quality and nutritious animal-free dairy products” – told Aviv Wolff, the CEO and co-founder of Remilk. //
