ForFarmers to make animal feed from food waste
Dutch animal feed maker ForFarmers plans to use food waste and alternative raw materials to develop new feeds, in order to meet consumer demand for more sustainable agricultural practices. ForFarmers – they produce feed for the ruminant, pig and poultry sectors – said: faster than expected shift in market trends made them take this step.
