Taking shape
Sándor Csíki, the chairman of MVI’s media committee answers our questions. – MVI’s management represents a high level of practical experience and vast knowledge. It is too early to talk about well-defined and concrete action plans but we are working on them. Currently we are focusing on renewing our website. We have several opportunities but fewer tools. Our representatives often tell their opinions in national media but this is passive, one-way communication: we need a more active, two-way communication. We will definitely need the ideas of MVI’s management and members. I have great hopes about the new website in this domain. Members of the organisation help MVI with their work in their free time, therefore they cannot prepare marketing and/or communication plans instead of other members. But it is worth considering the establishment of a system in which we would help members in this type of work.
