According to a survey by Árukereső.hu, 57% of shoppers are primarily motivated by sales, price discounts and promotions. 39% of respondents also admitted that they often shop simply to reward themselves or cheer themselves up. “Technology may evolve and new techniques may emerge, but the success of discounts as a tried and tested method is undeniable. The survey was based on a questionnaire completed by 1,638 Árukereső.hu customers.
