Magazine: Shall we offer or not?
According to research by the Harvard Business School in Boston, if guests in a restaurant are offered to have a smaller portion of side dish, 15-30 percent go for it, no matter whether they get some discount or not. But let’s not forget that we are talking about the USA, where portions are huge and people tend to eat everything that comes out on the plate. They probably know that they should eat less if they want to avoid becoming obese.
